Hier, Nelsinho Piquet et Lucas di Grassi étaient en démonstration au volant de la R27 en Inde. 120 000 personnes ont répondu présentes à l'invitation de Renault. Le show s'est déroulé entre la célèbre Rajpath Road au coeur de New Delhi, la India Gate Porte de l'Inde et la Janpath Road. Le tracé s'étendait sur une distance d'environ 1,2 km.

Nelsinho Piquet : "C'était ma première visite en Inde et je dois dire que j'ai été bluffé ! J'espère que notre démonstration a plu et que les spectateurs ont pris autant de plaisir que moi aujourd'hui ! Je suis vraiment très heureux d'avoir pu prendre part à cet événement, c'était important pour Renault, pour ING et pour l'Inde qui est de plus en plus intéressée par la F1."

Lucas Di Grassi : "Pour moi aussi, il s'agissait de mon premier voyage en Inde et même si je n'ai pas pu voir grand-chose, je dois dire que cela m'a beaucoup plu ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis et j'espère que le public a pu prendre conscience du potentiel d'une F1 !"

Yesterday, Nelsinho Piquet and Lucas di Grassi were in demonstration in the R27's seat in India. 120 000 persons answered present to the Renault's invitation. The show took place between famous Rajpath Road in the heart of New Delhi, India Gate and Janpath Road. The plan extended over a distance of 1,2 km.

Nelsinho Piquet: "It was my first visit in India and I have to say that I was fooled ! I hope that our demonstration pleased and that the spectators took so much pleasure as me today ! I'm really very happy to have been able to take part in this event, it was important for Renault, for ING and for India which is more and more interested in F1."

Lucas Di Grassi: "For me too, it was about my first journey in India and even if I wasn't able to see much, I have to say that it pleased a lot me ! We were very well welcomed and I hope that the public was able to become aware of the potential of F1 !"
