Of Renault to BMW by way of Ferrari, testings week, Willi Weber and Lewis Hamilton, you'll know everything...
Two years more ? It murmurs that Flavio Briatore could prolong his contract with Renault. It would be for two supplementary seasons. At the beginning of the year, Italian had let hear that he would retire if Fernando Alonso left the brand in the rhombus at the end of 2008. We can thus think that the champion of Asturias to stay at french team in 2009... But BMW is an option not to be underestimated.
A little exaggerated !... Some drivers don't seem appreciated Lewis Hamilton's behavior in track. They judge his aggressive driving since some GP. Fernando Alonso confided "he makes laborers which aren't necessary and he's still repeated that with Glock and Webber. It's his way of drive". To Monza, the overtaking on Timo Glock was little courteous... The leader of the championship pressed down him towards the relief road. "I don't know of what he thought. I was next to him, but he left me no space. Sometimes he drives as if he was completely alone in track. The next time when I'll be with him in track, I'll behave in the same way." he declared on the German TV "RTL". Felipe Massa made the same thing with Nico Rosberg. His action was hardly more sports. He forced the passage by pushing him except trajectory. At the GP of Monaco 2005, Michaël Schumacher activated his brother's anger after a rather stormy operation. He had then underlined that F1 wasn't a tearoom and that they weren't there to be made politenesses. This sentence had hardly pleased Ralf who had answered "he would have been able to kill me". Lewis Hamilton behaved in a much worse way the last season and nobody protested (except Fernando Alonso). It's necessary of spite to win !...
To note :
- Ferrari has henceforth a leading pilot(driver): Felipe Massa. The team counts on Kimi Räikkönen to help his team-mate to take down the title...
- BMW confirmed being in negotiation with Fernando Alonso. Spanish could join the German-Swiss team in 2009. His contract would concern a duration of two years. He would replace Nick Heidfeld. To follow !...
- Willi Weber would like to become Sebastian Vettel's manager. The German driver manages his business himself.
- Eight teams are to Jerez for four days of testing. Ferrari opted for Mugello. Force India stays in the factory.
