- Heikki Kovalainen signed the best time of this last day (1'18"385). He outstrips Sébastien Bourdais and David Coulthard. McLaren driver evalued the front wing of BMW inspiration. This new will make its entrance to Budapest.
- Roman Grosjean is the fourth on R28.
- Felipe Massa occupies the fifth rank. The Brazilian tested a shark fin engine cover.
- Kazuki Nakajima appears to the sixth place.
- Nick Heidfeld is seventh. He met a technical problem this morning.
- Adrian Sutil is classified eighth.
- Jenson Button and Kamui Kobayashi close the walking. The Japanese driver made an excursion in gravels in the last bend. Then, he's stopped on the track because of a technical problem.
