Un top 3 100% Audi !... Tom Kirstensen se classe en tête du classement en 1'25''212. Le pilote danois devance Timo Scheider et Mattias Ekström. La première Mercedes apparaît au quatrième rang avec Jamie Green. Paul di Resta est cinquième. Il est suivi de Bruno Spengler, Markus Winkelhock et Christijan Albers. Notons que le top 8 compte cinq représentants Audi contre trois pour la marque à l'étoile. Notre Parisien préféré, Alex Prémat, occupe la treizième position. Gary Paffett est quatorzième. Ralf Schumacher connaît toujours autant de difficultés à s'adapter au DTM. L'allemand est seizième. Mathias Lauda et les deux "DTM ladies" ferment la marche.
