Victorious to Magny-Cours, Felipe Massa positions as the favourite for this GP of Great Britain. Kimi Räikkönen won the edition 2007. "Iceman" wants to take up with the first step of the podium which he didn’t see again any more since Barcelona (in April 27th)… Lewis Hamilton is the local hero and well plans to lead in front of his public. Toyota is in shape and will try to amass some good points. Five teams compete here for their race at home. A single imperative is then outlined for these last ones : appear in the top 10 ! During this report, we’ll return on the strong moments of the British sleeve through our three traditional columns : the "pre-events", the gossips and paddock side… What happened except the circuit of Silverstone this weekend? Great Sunday !…
Lewis Hamilton, Renault drivers, Nick Heidfeld and Rubens Barrichello dazzled us… Ferrari and Heikki Kovalainen strongly disappointed us !… This GP rhymed with show, overtakings, control, art, beauty… We regret simply that the weather report is at the origin of this exceptional entertainment. Without the intervention of the rain, this sleeve would have been a mixture of boredom and dominion Ferrari / McLaren although both are synomynes… Some people lived one afternoon of galley but the public and the televiewers attended a pure miracle !… All our thanks to the drivers and to the hero of Silverstone : the bad weather !… More seriously, we would like to greet in particular Lewis Hamilton and Kazuki Nakajima’s performances. Nico Rosberg’s team-mate isn’t doubtless glittering… But his constancy honors him as well as his perseverance and his observer's qualities. Kazuki Nakajima leaves this evening with the satisfaction to have registered a point for Williams, dominated his captain and to be equally in the championship (8 points for Kazuki and Nico)… Nico is a good professor, it’ll be his only consolation of the weekend !…

Silverstone celebrates its sixtieth birthday and T-shirts were created for the occasion. After the qualifying, Jenson Button and Tamara Ecclestone presented them. They are put on sale and profits will be put back at charity.

Force India organized a cocktail party. Anthony Hamilton, Michel Mol, Adrian Sutil, Vijay Mallya, Karun Chandhok, Sachin Tendulkar were present.

Grand' Pa David’s advices… Driver F1’s life asks a lot of discipline… The temptations are numerious and it’s necessary to know how to resist to it. Some persons reach as Nico Rosberg or Sebastian Vettel and the others succumb to it just like Jenson Button, Nelsinho Piquet and… Lewis Hamilton !… The British knows a decline of shape for some weeks. He absolutely has to react to keep all his chances in the world championship. On this subject, David Coulthard allowed to expose his point of view in the columns of the newspaper "The Telegraph". He gives some advice to his young fellow countryman as to opt for a more discreet private life. Lewis Hamilton possesses a very vast list of feminine conquests (Jodia Ma, Sara Ojjeh, Natasha Bedingfield, Cimre Mirel, Nicole Scherzinger, Naomi Campbell, Dannii Minogue, Vivian Burkhardt,...). In summary, McLaren driver has to win in seriousness to make forget this image of David Beckam's unpleasant clone… David Coulthard is considered as being a big seducer. He matured and settled with Karen Minier… But the story would have been sharply funnier with Jenson Button in the role of the wise person. The young man counts more affairs to his prize list than of victories... Another domain where Italian should distrust the British !…
Raquel, spanish Barbie...
Raquel del Rosario Macias knows a lightning ascent with her group "El sueño de Morfeo". The Spanish luxury brand "Viceroy" chose her as its advertising campaign. She succeeds Shakira. Recently, beautiful Canarian gave her voice to the cartoon movie’s main character. Raquel interprets a song on the friendship in "Barbie and diamonds castle". She even recorded a clip-video. Fernando Alonso’s wife said herself delighted to have held attention the scriptwriters. She enjoyed a lot herself during the shooting. It reminded her some pleasant memories of her childhood. The cartoon will go out in September.

Batman in a Toy’ story... Silverstone will be at Batman’s colors in the camp Toyota. On the occasion of "Batman and the dark knight" launch on July 25th, the Japanese team will assure its promotion during the completeness of the weekend. Of the pit at the motorhome by way of the official dresses, drivers’ overalls and the car, “Toy” will adopt a new look. Batmobile will make its appearance on the track on Thursday evening beside the TF108S for a photoshooting. Let us note that a cocktail party will succeed in comparison of two racing cars...

Lewis Hamilton for his magnificent demonstration of piloting and determination in the afternoon. Nelsinho Piquet realized his most remarkable performance of the season. Seventh in qualification, he could aspire to the points of the fourth… The Brazilian showed himself very applied throughout the British sleeve. His talent wasn’t rewarded today but it's only a question of time !… Good luck to him for Hockenheimring !…
