Bernie Ecclestone put an end to the hopes of the Bourgogne in the evening of the GP of Turkey. The British announced that he refused the "Magny-Cours 2" project. The modifications foreseen to modernize the site don’t correspond to his waits... The bourguignone country has no more its place in the calendar of F1 !

"Mr E." desires the Capital ! A race in Paris would bring back not unimportant profits to the FOM. This geographical sphere of influence would make the stage more select and prestigious so less accessible. But the championship aims towards an ideal of GP allying "glam" and luxe !… These two terms are inseparable VIP, investors and so the profit… Monaco, Singapore and the Moyen-Orient are their privileged destinations... Spain takes the influence on its European neighbours with the urban circuit of Valencia… It’s unmistakable, all these novelties bring enormously to F1 !… The avenue of Champs Elysees is sharply more attractive than the village of Saint-Parize-le-Châtel. Magny-Cours keeps certain charm but it isn’t a circuit of exception !… If it possesses a real interest with the eyes of the fans of F1, it’s only of sentimental order !…

Place in the extravagances, Bernie Ecclestone wouldn’t be hostile to a GP near the park of attraction Eurodisney. The third project is already more possible… The city of Satory, near Versailles, could possibly welcome a circuit...

In the last appeal, the boss of the FOM will cancel the date in 2009. If France proposes a suitable site, the discipline queen of the car-racing will return in 2010. But one delays is useless… The country only needs a better economic situation !… Sir François Fillon (Prime Minister), Madam Roselyne Bachelot and Sir Bernard Laporte (Minister of sports) will have for mission to save F1 in France… The Minister’s office isn’t a simple task !… "Let us go children of the homeland, the day of glory came…"

In the meantime, Scuderia Ferrari, BMW and McLaren-Mercedes will take care to distract you… At home, Renault and Sebastien Bourdais will try to make the show !… Williams will see to it to push away the assaults of Toyota, Red Bull and Honda... 4,411 km, 16 bends and 70 laps of race : to you to play, sirs !…
